Gadsden County Florida is located in the panhandle of Florida with a population of approximately 45,000.  The county seat is Quincy, Florida which is also the location for the clerks office.   The clerk of the circuit court is Nicholas Thomas and his website allows you to track the status of your case.  Gadsden County is part of the 2nd Judicial Circuit which comprises Franklin, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, and Wakulla counties.
